1. General Principle

Using Tiskra is free for visitors and ticket buyers.

Service fees may apply to cover payment processing, hosting, and technical support costs.


2. For Event Organizers

Access to the dashboard and event creation are free.

A commission is applied on each ticket sold through the platform.



  • Standard service fee: between 5 % and 10 % of the ticket price (depending on event size and volume).




  • These fees cover hosting, maintenance, customer support, and payment processing.




  • The commission is automatically deducted before funds are transferred to the organizer.



Custom pricing may apply for enterprise partners.


3. For Ticket Buyers

The total price displayed at checkout includes:



  • the ticket price set by the organizer;




  • any applicable Tiskra service fee (clearly shown before payment).



No hidden fees are charged.


4. Invoicing

Each transaction automatically generates an electronic invoice:



  • Buyers receive a ticket invoice from the event organizer.




  • Organizers receive a service-fee invoice from Bayoudh Consulting Ltd.




5. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the organizer’s refund policy.

Tiskra acts only as a technical payment intermediary and cannot issue refunds without organizer approval.


6. Currency and Taxes

























Prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or GBP depending on the event.

Any applicable VAT or local tax remains the organizer’s responsibility in the event’s jurisdiction.
